A note you can send as it is

Hi, I found Nushy Co. They run managed workplace wellbeing sessions with trained dogs. Nushy Co plans each session with the workplace, and a handler manages the dogs throughout. Employees choose whether to take part. Please take a look for our team.https://nushy.co

How sessions work

Planned together, from the first hello.

  1. Your workplace enquires

Your organiser sends their contact details, organisation, workplace city, and anything they want Nushy Co to know before the call.

  2. Nushy Co plans the session with your organiser

Your organiser explains the team and space. Nushy Co prepares the access, session area, timing, and participation plan.

  3. Your organiser shares the session plan

Before the day, your organiser sends employees the practical details.

  4. The handler runs the session

Your organiser follows the plan and the handler manages the dogs.

Care

Care for people and dogs, in writing.

These principles govern every Nushy Co session. The service provides good company and a change of scene during the workday. Nushy Co makes no medical or clinical claims.

  • Employees choose how to join

Employees can pat the dogs, chat, sit nearby, or skip the session. Nushy Co does not require anyone to take part.

  • Every plan includes dog-free alternatives

Allergies, phobias, and cultural comfort shape the session plan. The organiser gets real ways for people to share the day without a dog nearby.

  • Nushy Co and your organiser agree access early

They settle the session area and how the dogs arrive before the day.

  • Participants consent to photography

Participants appear in photos only after a clear yes.

  • Nushy Co asks only for necessary information

Nushy Co handles the smallest amount of information needed to plan and run a session.

  • The handler plans for the dogs throughout

Water, rest, and appropriate space are part of every session plan.

  • Animal welfare is built into the service

Nushy Co plans every session around the dogs' wellbeing. The workplace agreement sets out the detailed welfare responsibilities.

Questions from workplaces

What happens before a workplace confirms a session.

The organiser guide turns these answers into a checklist for the workplace plan and agreement.

Workplace organiser planning guide
Who manages a Nushy Co session?

One Nushy Co contact plans the session with your workplace organiser. A handler manages the dogs and the session on the day.

Does every employee have to take part?

No. The session plan makes participation voluntary and specifies a dog-free alternative. Employees can also sit nearby without interacting with the dogs.

How does Nushy Co plan for allergies or fear of dogs?

The organiser raises workplace-level needs during planning. Nushy Co and the organiser agree the session area, access route, and dog-free alternatives before the day.

What kind of service is Nushy Co?

Nushy Co runs managed wellbeing sessions with trained dogs for workplaces. The service supports workplace wellbeing and organisation culture. It is non-clinical and does not diagnose, treat, or make medical claims.

What happens after a workplace enquires?

Nushy Co talks with the organiser about the team and space, prepares the session plan, and confirms the session after the organiser agrees to that plan.

Does a wellbeing session replace an EAP or counselling?

No. A Nushy Co session is a non-clinical workplace activity, and Nushy Co is not an EAP provider. Confidential, professional support belongs with your employee assistance programme (EAP) or health provider. Many workplaces run both.
